Eileen Allaire, Loan Officer, consults with new and seasoned investors alike providing the information they need to make smart investment decisions. New investors need lots of guidance and Eileen is an expert hand-holder through the lending process. She is passionate about helping others succeed and providing exceptional service along the way. She started in the real estate lending industry in 2003. She is also a real estate broker since 2008 and holds licenses in both CT and NC. Eileen is very active in her local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association), WIRE (Women In Real Estate), and the online InvestHer community which focuses on supporting women real estate investors. She believes in making connections that turn into long-term business relationships. Eileen holds a B.A. in Communications from Central CT State University and holds a designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
