Tom Montreuil, Chief Appraiser, has over 30 years of experience in the appraisal industry. He began his career in the mid 80’s doing residential appraisals. In the late 80’s Tom started doing commercial narrative appraisals. He now uses his knowledge and expertise to carefully review both residential and commercial appraisals completed for RCN Capital mortgage loans. He is responsible for the determination of value of the collateral piece of underwriting, making recommendations and assisting with areas of appraisal compliance. Tom holds a B.S. in Real Estate with an emphasis in appraisal.
